This will represent a unique opportunity for Europe: if the digital dividend will be managed efficiently and effectively through a coordinated strategy, it will bring new and innovative wireless communication services, expand services offered by broadcasters, as well as provide a wide range of social and cultural benefits. Further to the Spectrum Summit taking place on 22-23 March and in connection to EIF dinner on “broadband and the potential of mobile connectivity” on the previous evening, this breakfast will offer a timely opportunity to discuss the outcomes of the Summit, with a special focus on the digital dividend and the Multi-annual Spectrum Policy Programme (MSPP).
