In the context of the Public Private Partnership on Future Internet and of the European Commission’s plans to double the budget for “Future and Emerging Technologies” research by 2015, this breakfast will offer a timely and relevant opportunity to exchange views on on-going upcoming initiatives in this area.
ICT will in many instances enable the development of future services and applications. The debate will focus on future service and applications that will drive growth and European competitiveness, as well as the protocols and underlying technologies.
