The GSMA Mobile World Congress (MWC) taking place in Barcelona from 22 to 25 February 2016 is the mobile industry’s most prestigious annual event in the world, with more than 94,000 attendees from over 200 countries in 2015.

Again this year, industry leaders, visionaries and innovators will explore the trends that will shape mobile in the years ahead and demonstrate how mobile is on the edge of innovation.

A special programme of activities has been designed by EIF and GSMA for MEPs in the context of the MWC. This includes a High-level Roundtable Discussion with experts, the Ministerial Programme (with more than 1,400 attendees from 136 countries, more than 100 CEOs, 69 Ministers, and 76 Heads of Regulatory Authorities in 2015) and a tour of selected top exhibition stands for a hands-on experience of cutting-edge technology devices.
