brouchure

On 25 February, Ofcom published the initial conclusions of its Strategic Review of Digital Communications. This is the first major review of the UK communications sector in ten years, setting out plans to improve telecoms quality and coverage for consumers and businesses.

Sharon White, Ofcom’s Chief Executive, will present the findings of the Review and discuss regulatory challenges ahead of the EU telecoms reform. Key issues to be addressed include promoting the roll-out of ultrafast broadband networks, boosting broadband and mobile coverage, and ultimately ensuring that consumers get a better deal from more competitive and innovative telecoms markets.
