Generation Code: Born at the Library

Posted by: Public Libraries

For the second year in a row, we bring you "Generation Code: Born at the Library", a two day interactive exhibition in the European Parliament, showcasing some best practice examples of how libraries in Europe are embracing the digital age.

From robots to 3D printers, virtual reality to smart city integration, come and discover for yourself what is really happening in libraries today.

Hosted by MEP Library Lovers Agnes Jongerius (S&D, Netherlands), Antanas Guoga (EPP, Lithuania), Catherine Stihler (S&D, UK), Eva Maydell (EPP, Bulgaria), Michal Boni (EPP, Poland), Sean Kelly (EPP, Ireland), Julia Reda (Greens/EFA, Germany) and Victor Negrescu (S&D, Romania).

The exhibition will take place during EU Code Week on the 17th and 18th October.

Registrations will open later. In the meantime check out the pictures from last year on our Facebook page.
