This EIF lunch debate was a timely opportunity to discuss EU's copyright rules reform, and more specifically the measures focusing on the creation of that well-functioning marketplace for copyright: the creation of a "neighbouring" right for press publishers and the interplay between the e-Commerce directive and copyright.
