David Dean is Senior Partner and Managing Director for The Boston Consulting Group's (BCG) Munich office and a former leader of BCG's global technology, media and telecommunications practice.
For over 25 years, Mr Dean has worked with leading high-tech and telecommunications companies on issues of strategy, performance and organisation. His client work has led to some of BCG's most innovative thinking in areas such as the Internet economy, cloud computing and personal data.
Some of his publications include “Unleashing the Value of Consumer Data”, “Adapt and Adopt: Governments’ Role in Internet Policy”, "Cloud Computing in Large Enterprises: Questions for the C-Suite", and “Through the Mobile Looking Glass”. In addition he has made substantial contributions to a series of BCG publications on "The Connected World”.
