Delphine was appointed Secretary General of Missing Children Europe in 2013, prior to which she held the position of Deputy Secretary General (2008 – 2013). Missing Children Europe is a European umbrella organisation representing 29 national grassroots organisation in 24 countries in Europe that work towards the well-being of missing and sexually exploited children. Missing Children Europe provide the link between research, policies and organisations on the ground to protect children from any kind of violence, abuse or neglect that is caused by or results from them going missing.
Before joining Missing Children Europe, Delphine held various policy and public affairs positions at Child Focus, Cable Europe and the European Youth Forum. Delphine is a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for the Study of Missing Persons from the University of Portsmouth as well as of the network of Lawyers in Europe on Parental Child Abduction. She was Manager of the Secretariat of the Europol-chaired European Financial Coalition against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children between 2011 and 2015, and remains active of the Coalition’s Steering Group. Delphine has a Masters degree in Philosophy as well as an Advanced Masters Degree in European Studies.
