Heading Sony Corporation European Office, Arnaud is responsible for the relationship with the European institutions (Commission, Parliament and Council) and with the European trade associations. He also liaises with a network of local Sony colleagues involved in the relationship between Sony and the national governments in the EU member states.
Arnaud is a member of the Executive Board of DigitalEurope, the main ICT Federation in Brussels, and serves on the Boards of CSR Europe and JBCE, the Japanese Business Council in Europe. Last, he keeps management responsibility over the External Relations team in France.
Arnaud graduated in 1986 in Tax and Business Law from the University de Paris II “Assas”. He joined ESSO France in 1986 as a junior lawyer and, in 1990, IBM France. In 1997 he joined IBM EMEA as Senior Attorney.
He has joined Sony in 1999 to create the External Relations Department in Paris. He is President of the French manufacturers’ association ATH, and General Secretary of Blu-ray Partners France. He is also heading Sony outreach on European and national discussion on Connected TVs.
