As part of EIF’s “Digital World in 2025” exercise, Intel’s Chief Technology Officer Justin Rattner shared Intel’s vision of main trends in computing and communications.
He discussed whether Moore’s Law will continue to enable ever faster and smaller microprocessors that have driven the computing revolution over the last decades, and what the likely main applications and usages of the available enormous pervasive, inter-connected computing power are. And, importantly what the main opportunities to capitalize on ICT to solve societal and economic problems might be.
