This preparatory meeting offered an opportunity to exchange views with stakeholders ahead of the participation of the European Parliament and European Commission delegations in the next Internet Governance Forum (IGF). This year’s IGF will take place in Bali from 22 to 25 October. The preparatory discussion focused on the long-term internet governance issues and the associated timelines (starting with Bali 2013 and up to the WSIS+10 review in 2015).
