Jeroen Muntinga, 41 years, has been policy advisor in the field of export controls for 3 years. He joined the Dutch ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2013, when the responsibility of export controls was integrally moved from the ministry of Economic Affairs. He is engaged in licensing of dual use goods and technologies with a conventional military potential and is Dutch delegate in the Expert Group of the Wassenaar Arrangement export control regime. Prior to his engagement in export controls, he held positions at the ministry of Infrastructure & Environment. For some years, Jeroen was liaised as a freelancer at the CCR (Central Commission for Navigation of the Rhine) in Strasbourg.
