Anne-Carole is an experienced top executive with over 25 years track record in international Commercial negotiations, Intellectual Property management, and Consumer Marketing, the latest 15 years in the Digital Entertainment Industry.
In her position as Chief Content Officer for Watchever, the vivendi group Subscription Video On Demand service (aka SVOD), she was instrumental in designing and implementing the Content strategy, core of the consumer proposition; her focus was on building and running the entire Content value chain, ranging from acquiring audiovisual programs from US/International and local right owners, to Content programming and marketing, addressing the specific needs of the digital audience.
Her background has provided her with great agility in complex and fast moving international environments, having worked, both in France, Germany and the UK; she has built her consumer marketing and business intelligence skills with mass market leaders (Unilever, Seagram), movie studios (the 20th Century Fox, Studio Canal and Pathé Joint Venture), and Digital Entertainment Business Units across the vivendi Group, creating value for B2B, B2B2C and B2C service platforms.
Her skills are Strategic and operational management of digital businesses, specifically OTT delivery of media content to multiple devices, and include content rights strategy and negotiation; she has an extensive experience in turnarounds, startups, business development and strategic planning.
